Another first! First time testing for Tie Dye Diva Patterns . It was a very fun expierence. I got to test The Copeland Cardi . I wear these cropped tie front wraps a lot. I never came across a pattern I rly liked for them tho, so I still bought em RTW. Well those days are over now! I can now just make em myself.
Sizing runs from xs to 3xl. I made a 2xl. I chose the cropped version with the tie in the front. There’s another option for a ballet wrap and a longer length. I made it out of cotton jersey. Fit is great and it’s a fun quick sew. I chose the none lined version, you have the option to line it tho.
I love how a wrap like this can take your summer dresses and make em wearable into fall/winter. Also nice for a chilly evening in summer. It’s even easy to stuff in your handbag and get it out at night if you are out of the house.

Weer een primeur! Dit is de eerste keer dat ik test voor Tie Dye Diva Patterns . Het was een toffe ervaring. Ik mocht De Copeland Cardi testen . Ik draag deze geknoopte bolero’s erg vaak. Ik had tot nu toe niet echt een leuk patroon voor ze gevonden, dus ik kocht ze nog in de winkel. Wel, die dagen zijn voorbij! Ik kan ze nu eindelijk gewoon zelf maken.
Maten lopen van xs tot 3xl. Ik maakte een 2xl en koos de korte versie met de knoop vooraan. Er is nog een optie voor een ballet wrap en beide ook langer. Ik maakte het van katoen tricot. De pasvorm is goed en het is een snel klaar project. Dit is de versie zonder voering, er zijn ook instructies om het toch te voeren.
Door een wrap als deze kan je je zomerjurken nog in de herfst en zelfs de winter dragen. Ook leuk voor een koele zomeravond. Het is zelfs goed te doen om het in je handtas te steken als je uit het huis bent en dan kan je het boven toveren als je een koudje hebt 😉 .
